I ran across this photo and just had to share. I could not find out any information about what is going on but I can assume that the dog owner is either a nut or the photographer that posed the photo. From the license plates I can deduce that it was taken in Europe somewhere so there is no need for a Tacoma car accident lawyer. Next the dog is tied to the tow bar of the car. I wonder what things that car was towing? It is obvious that the car did not drive into that position since there is no damage to the white car under it. So how did it get that way? Anyone have a clue?
